Questions
How do I subscribe?
In the app, open the menu at the top right and sign in or create an account (a code is emailed to you; there is no password). Then choose a plan under Your account. Payment happens on Stripe’s secure page.
Who sells the subscription?
Stripe sells it to you as reseller (merchant of record): it takes the payment, works out sales tax or VAT and sends the receipt. Inqerio never sees your card details.
Can I cancel?
At any time, in the app under Your account, Manage subscription. Your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to my work if I stop paying?
Nothing is locked or deleted. Your work is in your own folders, and the free parts of the app keep working.
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. An account is only needed to subscribe to a paid plan.
